Bubbles in the Medtronic when changing reservoir

I've been having this problem for ages and will hopefully talk to my DE about it soon but want to see if it happens to anyone else.

When I change the reservoir on my Medtronic Veo, I often gets bubbles caught at the end of the line right where the line part joins the reservoir part - it's in the plasticky bit just near where the needle is to go into the rubber seal on the via

Any tips you can share on how to remove the bubbles when changing your set?
