Willpower in Life with Diabetes

What is willpower? As a wellness coach and personal trainer, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say, “Well, I just don’t have any willpower.”

I believe willpower is not something we have or don’t have. Willpower is something we use…or we do not use. It’s not supposed to come easily. It’s not supposed to be easily applied in the situations where we need it most. The epitome of willpower is that it requires persistence, diligence, and a great deal of self-respect in order to actually apply it to our lives.

Even though we all have some, for whatever reason we are always guilty that we dont have more
